Legislative Day
In Albany.
Annually at the Literacy New York “Legislative Day” in Albany, adult learners from across NY State help advocate for literacy services and funding. Along with tutors, staff, and board members, learners meet with Assembly and Senate representatives to discuss adult education and workforce development issues and the important role of public and private sector support.
